Norma's Place is a three bedroom, two-bath rental home, a great Marathon Vacation Rental located right on the water in the city of Key Colony Beach in Marathon Key, Florida. This resort location is great for the family or fishing party and we strive to make sure this rental home is cleaner than any other in the city.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Norma's Place is a ground level rental home. A full kitchen is provided with dishwasher and microwave. The living room is  ample and includes a TV with cable and VCR. The master bedroom has a King-size  bed with a full bath. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. The third bedroom has twin. All towels, linens and kitchen utensils are supplied.

Outside, there is boat dockage to 30 feet with a large fish-cleaning station right at the dock. You also have the use of a  freezer to store your bait and freeze your catch. A new washer and dryer for your convenience. Tad and Susan say, "We want your stay to be the best ever. If there is anything we can do, just ask. We're right here for you."

Vacation Resort Amenities

All of Norma's Place guests have access to the privileges offered at the Cabana Club of Key Colony. This is a private club located at the end of the street, within easy walking distance. At the Cabana Club there is a large swimming pool, Jacuzzi and a white sandy beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean for your enjoyment. Such a nice, white sandy beach is a very desirable location for swimming and snorkeling. The Cabana Club also has a bar and grill at the poolside for refreshments. Enjoy!

RATES & RESERVATIONS

You will find that the rates at Norma's Place are very reasonable for such a large and well-maintained rental home on the water with a boat dock.

• Rate for 1 week is $1500.00 plus tax.

• Rates are based on 6 person maximum.

• A $500.00 security deposit is needed to book in advance. When you arrive, your weekly rent plus tax is due. The security deposit will be returned to you by mail after inspection.

• Sorry, no pets.
