Kenny's Place is a two-bedroom, two-bath vacation rental duplex located right on the water in the city of Key Colony Beach in Marathon Key, Florida.

Marathon Vacation Rental Amenities

Kenny's Place is a full upstairs duplex with a balcony. The balcony is an ideal site overlooking the water and boats parked at the dock below. A full kitchen is provided with dishwasher and microwave. The living room is a large 17'x 25' area and includes a TV with cable and VCR.   The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a full bath. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, and an adjacent full bath. All towels, linens and kitchen utensils are supplied.

Outside, there is boat dockage to 30 feet and with a large fish-cleaning station right at the dock. You also have the use of a large 6-foot by 10-foot walk-in freezer to store your bait and freeze your catch. There is also a washer & dryer for your convenience.   Tad and Susan say, "We want your stay to be the best ever. If there is anything we can do, just ask. We're right here for you."

Key Colony Beach Vacation Resort Amenities

All of Kenny's guests have access to the privileges offered at the Cabana Club of Key Colony. This is a private club located at the end of the street, within easy walking distance. At the Cabana Club there is a large swimming pool, Jacuzzi and a white sandy beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean for your enjoyment. Such a nice, white sandy beach is a very desirable location for swimming and snorkeling. The Cabana Club also has a bar and grill at the poolside for refreshments. Enjoy!

RATES & RESERVATIONS for Key Colony Beach Rentals

You will find that the rates at Kenny's are very reasonable for such a large and well-maintained apartment home, on the water with a boat dock.

• Rate for 1 week is $1100.00 plus tax - maximum of 6 people.

• A $500.00 security deposit is needed to book in advance. When you arrive, your weekly rent plus tax is due. The security deposit will be returned to you by mail after inspection.

• Payment by Cash or Checks only please.
